Some problems and suggestions

Hello, thank you for the wonderful application, which I rely on completely.
I am always here to help improve the application by presenting problems and suggestions from the user experience.

I encountered some problems with the Documents application, such as:
1- There is no ability to create professional page borders like some other applications. Borders cannot be created for the entire page normally, and they are not available in many forms, which are important in official documents.
2- Image watermarks are not fully controllable. I cannot control the transparency of the image, its repetition on the page, its tilt, or even its size.

I also encountered some problems with the spreadsheet application, such as:
1- If I crop a row(s) and right-click on another row, the “Paste cropped rows above/below” option is not displayed, which hinders work speed.
2- I was trying to install the Macros add-on for Spreadsheet, but after clicking “Install” and completing the installation, I couldn’t find it in the Plugins tab.

These problems are present in all versions of OnlyOffice Desktop.
Please solve these problems and offer suggestions for improving the app.

  1. Page borders
    Could you please provide us with more details on this? If possible, share a short video or a guide showing how such borders are created in other editors. This will help us better understand your request and evaluate how it can be implemented.

  2. Image watermarks
    Your suggestion regarding advanced control options (transparency, repetition, tilt, size) has been forwarded for review.

  3. Spreadsheet — cropped rows
    May I ask you to record a short video showing the behavior? If the file is too large to upload here, you can provide a link from an external storage service.

  4. Spreadsheet — Macros add-on
    The Macros functionality is included in the editor by default and can be found under the View tab, so you don’t need to install it separately.

Regarding point 2 (Image watermarks), I’d like to clarify that these features are already available in ONLYOFFICE Desktop Editors.

To adjust the watermark, just double-click the header area of the page, then click on the watermark itself. From there, you can tweak the size, scale, and transparency, similar to how it works in MS Word.
