Simple way to save new slide themes

Hi, I am using the spreadsheet editor and importing a few google slides presentation that I used before. They have their own slide themes which are more or less correctly displayed in the OnlyOffice editor. The editor also recognize that they are a modified theme and I can see it at the end of the Theme selection page.

My problem is that there is no simple way (that I know of) of saving this theme for later, even though it appears in the editor. I have to duplicate the same imported presentation every time to keep this theme instead.

A simple “save as new theme button” would help greatly.

Thanks

Hello,

At the moment, the Presentation Editor does not provide a UI option to save an imported or modified presentation theme as a reusable custom theme, such as a “Save as new theme” button. The imported theme remains available within the presentation file, so duplicating the source presentation or using it as a template is currently the practical workaround.

You can create new presentations based on a prepared template via File → Create from template.
