ROUNDDOWN is not working correctly

Bug in ROUNDDOWN function:
if I put =ROUNDDOWN(100000000,3) in the spreadsheet cell, it shows 1215752.192 as a result. The correct result is 100000000.

OS Version: Windows 11 24H2 build 26100.4061
App version: ONLYOFFICE version 8.3.3.21 (x64 exe)
