I think it would be great if the dialog boxes were resizable.
Why? Because sometimes it has a lot of content you need to view and edit but the small size make it barely usable.
This is especially true when you need to manage a large list of conditionnal formatting rules: it’s really difficult to do it due to the lack of a global view.
