I set reference formula “=あ、お!B2” in spreadsheet by desktop editors.

If I edit the spreadsheet in MS Excel, the reference formula is changed to “=あ,お!B2”, because reference formula must be “=‘あ、お’!B2” in MS Excel.

Hey @nishigaki, ![]()
Thanks for reporting the issue with the reference formula changing from “=あ、お!B2” in ONLYOFFICE Desktop Editors to “=あ,お!B2” in MS Excel! That’s a great catch with the single quotes needed in Excel.
Could you share a short video showing the issue (e.g., setting the formula in ONLYOFFICE, saving, then opening in Excel)?
Upload it to a file storage service like ONLYOFFICE DocSpace, kDrive, or Dropbox. Also, please confirm:
This will help us reproduce and investigate. Appreciate your help! ![]()
Hey @nishigaki, ![]()
Thanks again for the video and confirming your versions (Desktop Editors v9.0.4.50 and Excel 2019)!
I tried reproducing with Excel 365, but couldn’t get it to happen. It might be specific to that Excel version, so I’ve checked with the team, and we’ll get back with more info soon.
In the meantime, could you test if the issue still occurs with the latest Desktop Editors v9.1.0? (It was just released on October 15 with some formula handling tweaks.) Download it here: ONLYOFFICE Desktop Editors.
Let me know how it goes — appreciate your patience!
Hello @Nikolas
I had the same issue when opening a spreadsheet created with the desktop editors 9.1.0 in Excel 2019.
However, since the issue doesn’t occur in Excel 365, it seems to be an Excel 2019 issue.
Hello @Nikolas
I also tried opening it in Excel 365. It was reproduced like follow.
I use
Excel 365 version 2509 (build 19231.20194)

Thanks for the extra tests and screenshot — we really appreciate it! We still couldn’t reproduce the issue on our end with:
To get to the bottom of this, could you please help with a few more details?
.xlsx file where this happens (not just a screenshot)? Upload it here or to ONLYOFFICE DocSpace/kDrive and drop the link. This will help us match your environment and finally reproduce the formula change from =あ、お!B2 → =あ,お!B2. Thanks again for your patience!
