Paste Values does not work on MacBook. Show-paste-options is on, but options does not appear. Is this a Mac problem ?

Do you use ONLYOFFICE DocSpace as the category set to or ONLYOFFICE Desktop Editor? How exactly you are trying to paste values into a spreadsheet?
