Is this issue related to specific documents or all of them? Do I understand correctly that every version is blank in this case?
In general, please share some information about the storage with which Document Server is integrated to provide better understanding of your environment. Do you use Document Server with any of available ready-to-go solutions via connector app or it is used with your own storage?
