I have several employees in different time zones. When we add notes to opportunities, they display out of order because the history doesnt differentiate between timezones.
For example, we could post something at the exact same time and theirs may show as being posted 3 hours previously. Its an even bigger issue when someone on an eastern time zone posts questions and then the reply from the person on the pacific timezone precedes the questions.
It gets worse when there is an important final update to a file, but it gets bumped down several older notes, due to the timezone difference.
The feature request would be that the history recognizes timezones and adapts, or allows the user to manually change their timezone in the CRM so we can all select the same one as the server.
