Open a file with iOS

Do you want to: Report a bug

When open a file on iOS, the possible actions are displayed among which there is Documents.
When clicking on Documents, the file does not open.
And only the app is open and empty folder as if it did nt download the document.

I had opened a suggestion but it was not accepted so I assume now the system : Prevent ios app to save opened document - #3 by iraza

OS: 18.7
Browser version: APP Only Office Documents v9.1

Your mentioned suggestion was added to internal tracksystem and we’re working on it already. We will contact you in your other thread once we have something to share.

Now let’s focus on the current case. Do I understand it right that you have some files saved on the device, but the ‘Documents’ folder appears empty in the described scenario?
