Since about version 9.0 OnlyOffice Desktop Edition for Linux, I have been faced with the problem of incorrect printing of documents in landscape mode. The document is displayed correctly in the preview, but it is printed in the book version. This behavior is reproduced on Fedora Linux 42/43, Debian Linux 12, Kubuntu 24.04 distributions and printer HP LaserJet Pro MFP M127FN

Incorrect printing in landscape format

When printing documents in landscape format, the document is printed in portrait format. I used Ubuntu 25 version and OnlyOffice 9.2. The error occurs regardless of the printer brand (I used Kyocera, Pantum, and HP).

I started checking the printing parameters and found the following behavior.
For verification, I installed the SoftMaker FreeOffice 2024 office suite.
It has the option to choose in which format the document will be sent for printing: PDF or Postscript.
And here’s what turned out, if you send a document in landscape mode in Postscript format, it will print it in portrait mode,
and if you select PDF format before printing, the document will print as expected in landscape mode.
