Odoo issue

Hello, I have problem with odoo integration, I up both odoo and onlyoffice with single docker-compose file, and I configure domains for both of them. Now they are working in different domains, but when I try to connect each other with their domain I failed with “can not download test file to be converted” error, then I connect each other with docker network, Now in odoo I can open files with onlyoffice, but there I am getting new error, first “… can not save changes …” kind of warning then “failed download” error. How can I fix this issue?

It’s better to start a separate thread since you have different scenario.
As for the issue itself, please point me to the guide you used for the installation, along with Odoo, the connector app and Document server versions.
After that please reproduce the issue and collect entire Document server logs folder. It’s located here:
docker: /app/onlyoffice/DocumentServer/logs/documentserver/
deb\rpm: /var/log/onlyoffice/documentserver/
Windows: Program Files\ONLYOFFICE\DocumentServer\log
