I’m using the cloud version and write in non- English language.

Is there a way to have other languages spell checkers? (Hebrew)

Thanks for the question!

Just to make sure I understand correctly:

  • Are you using ONLYOFFICE Docs Cloud, right?
  • And you’d like to have spell-check support for Hebrew (he-IL / Hebrew (Israel))?

We already have spell-check dictionaries, but Hebrew isn’t among them yet.

If this is a feature request to add Hebrew spell-checking (or if you want to confirm which languages you need), let me know — I’ll log it properly and pass it to the team.

BTW in the reddit comunity, I was told it will be added in version 9.3

I checked around, but I haven’t found any official mention yet that Hebrew spell-check is coming in 9.3.
Could you please share the Reddit link / thread where you saw this info? :sweat_smile: Maybe the guys there have fresher details from somewhere — would love to take a look!

Please note that my colleague has stated that the issue with spellcheck activation will be fixed. Unfortunately, new spell-check for Hebrew will be added in 9.3. We’ll keep you posted about the new spellcheck.
