Good Afternoon!
I self-host nextcloud and onlyoffice - nextcloud running currently at v31 and onlyoffice running (ubuntu).
Live collaboration is set to “Fast” but we seem to have issues when testing with family members- I can see where (excel document) a cell is selected by someone else (as in where their cursor is) but when they type, nothing shows up on my side unless I refresh the page (so it’s like a static update). I’ve tried with the other side using both the nextcloud web interface as well as via onlyoffice desktop client without avail.
Ideas?
