To improve usability, please consider adding quick‑access options for “New Docs” , “New Excel” , “New PPT” and “New pdf” directly in the vertical menu.
Desktop Editors provide even easier option to create new files:
For instance, on macOS, if the application is running, you can right-click the app in Dock and choose necessary item to create new empty document. With that, is this idea still relevant?
