I keep getting an Ooops Something went wrong! error when working with my spreadsheet (specifically copying, pasting, and adding charts). I didn’t think it was particularly large or complex and is only 1.5 MB in size. Any suggestions? I found a previous topic about this for version 9.1, but it was supposedly fixed and the file in question was much larger. Any help appreciated.
Thank you for the file and the detailed description. We checked the behavior on our side with ONLYOFFICE Desktop Editors 9.4.0, but so far we have not been able to reproduce the “Ooops Something went wrong!” error while copying, pasting, or adding charts in the attached spreadsheet.
Could you please record and send us a short video showing the exact steps that lead to the error?

So, your message upset me (not you) because the file has been so frustrating to work with. I tried the file I sent you, and had no problem. I THINK, somehow, the original file was corrupted or had a problem in some way that was creating the issue and when I used “Save As” to create a copy for you, the renamed file didn’t keep the problem. I’ve started working with the renamed file and no issues.
Do you want me to work again with the old, problem, file or consider it a fluke and move on?
If the old problematic file is still available and it is convenient for you to share it, please send it to us — we can analyze it and check what exactly caused the issue.
If not, and the newly saved copy works fine, it is also okay to continue working with that file.
