My bad, after a few attemps. It looks like using fcitx5 with the “Clavier - Français (AZERTY)” configuration rather than the “Clavier - Français” one fixed the problem.

Sorry to come back. It is broken again for me. Looks like changing the input method in fcitx works as long as my onlyoffice session is open but as soon as I restart it, the problem starts again.
I tried reinstalling OnlyOffice from the snap store but it did not solve the problem.
It really makes using Desktop Only office on linux hard for me so solving this would help.
