Importrange isn't works

=IMPORTRANGE doesnt work on my side. after they filled and i press enter they now taking alot of usage, unlike before i press enter on importrange
and yes
now the onlyoffice not responsive at all… all i do was enter spreadsheet url from gspreadsheet

Provide more information:

  • type of product used (Docs/Desktop Editors);
  • version of the product;
  • installation type of the product.

Does it happen when importing from a particular spreadsheet? Did it already happen before?

i never use importrange before on onlyoffice, i only use them on spreadsheet google
but when i did it error

Since there windows tag is present, installation type could be either EXE/MSI/online installer.
