There is no particular file it is isolated to. Per incident description above, it seems to be an issue with how OO creates a session or instance for a file, at any particular time.

P.S. is it possible to record a video file with the issue demonstration? It would help us with troubleshooting.

Well, due to the issue’s sporadic nature, it becomes a bit cumbersome, as I would need to video record every instance of me closing and saving files, in order to catch the occasional times it comes back with the error.
(If waiting till after the error has already appeared, I would effectively just be capturing the same information as the screenshots I already provided. And now that I say it, I’m really not clear what additional information video recording is going to provide?)
But I’ll try to remember to do a random sampling for file closings on screen record.
A video recording would help understanding the process of reproduction, because we still haven’t been able to reproduce it.
By the way, do you use any antivirus software on the device? Do you have any external physical storages connected to the device, e.g. SSD, SD card or hard drive?
