Please note that they are dedicated to Windows. I suggest troubleshooting the issue in this topic separately.
Does the issue occur with specific files? Does the issue happen upon attempting to save the file with CTRL + S or via save icon on a toolbar only?
If possible, please run a simple test:
- Open a file that produces the issue;
- Go to File tab > Save as;
- Select new location for the file and keep the original format, i.e. if it’s DOCX, then leave it as DOCX.
Does it allow you saving the file in that scenario?
