Thank you for reporting this issue.
The FFmpeg prerequisite download timeout is a known bug with the DocSpace installer on Windows.
As a workaround, please follow these steps:

Download and run the prerequisites package manually:
https://download.onlyoffice.com/docspace/windows/ONLYOFFICE_DocSpace_Prerequisites_Win-install.latest.exe -
Once the prerequisites are installed, run the DocSpace installer again.
A fix is planned for one of the upcoming updates.
