I think the script is broken for ubuntu 22.04 for both docker and .deb
I have attempted to install all day clean build and this is the output for ubuntu with dock

Docker image mysql:8.0.29 not found
I can’t post the output as the forum won’t let me
when you install on a clean machine and try to run .deb their is errors for failed SQL Keys and mono installer error and then it bombs out
this is the output from the workspace installer script, the same on ubuntu 22.04, 24.10 and Debian 12 & 13

Select ‘Y’ to install ONLYOFFICE using Docker (recommended). Select ‘N’ to install it using RPM/DEB packages.
Please note, that in case you select RPM/DEB installation, you will need to manually install Mail Server and connect it to your ONLYOFFICE installation.

@here, we are aware of this issue. More details you can find here:
the Docker version works however the Debian one fails with mysql outdated key
https://dev.mysql.com/get/mysql-apt-config_0.8.35-1_all.deb run this and it fixe the key
