Duplicate Conditional Formatting

I want to: Suggest a feature
result: Duplicate rules for conditional formatting in onlyoffice spreadsheets

It’s very annoying to have to go into existing rules to copy a formula and then have to copy the range. Sometimes I just want to change the formular slightly for the existing range, but also keep the original formula.

If I want to create a new rule that is just slightly different than an existing rule, this is the
current workflow:

  • create a completely new rule
  • insert placeholder function
  • go into the old rule and copy the function
  • go into the new rule and paste the function
  • do the changes to the function
  • save
  • copy the old rule range
  • paste into the new rule range

I would like this workflow:

  • duplicate the rule with function and range
  • do the changes to the function
  • save

Best,
Alex
