This is Ubuntu server 24 running on a 2014 mac mini with 8gb of ram. If it makes a difference, due to space issues, the docker directory was moved to my external drive and symlinked back to its original location
Please bear in mind that we always recommend using separate clean server to avoid dependencies and port conflicts. Also we haven’t tested your actions with symlinked docker directory and cannot guarantees its proper work.
Please try from scratch using stand-alone Ubuntu server and let us know the result. If you prefer docker-compose installation, there’s well-tested one, but you need to change components versions: Installed Onlyoffice using Docker-compose and it's loading indefinetely - #2 by Alexandre
