Chart data range incorrectly shifts when deleting rows above source table

Hi,

When deleting rows in a spreadsheet, specifically above the table that serves as the data source for a chart, the chart becomes corrupted. The chart is initially linked to a correct data range, and when rows are deleted above that range, it should maintain its reference to the original data. However, instead of preserving the correct range, the chart’s data range shifts downward, as if it were not properly anchored. This causes the chart to reference incorrect or empty cells, effectively breaking it. This behavior makes charts unreliable, especially in documents where rows are frequently added or removed above the data source.
