After automatically creating the “list of contents” in any word file, when I also automatically create the “list of tables”, the “go to the appropriate place when I click” feature becomes corrupted (goes to the wrong place). This corruption occurs when I create both lists. There is no problem when there is only one list. (I think you understand; my English is weak, my native language is Turkish.)
Here’s the thing: I needed to update the “List of Tables” field and the “List of Contents” field consecutively. That’s what I did. I realized that if I do it this way, the functionality here breaks down.

We were able to correlate your case with a known issue related to incorrect navigation from the Table of Contents when caption-based lists are present in the document. In such cases, clicking an item in the Table of Contents may redirect to an incorrect location instead of the corresponding heading.
This issue has already been registered in our internal tracker, and I have added your case to the existing report. At the moment, we do not have an exact ETA for a fix, but we will update this thread as soon as we have any news.
